ViHi is a beauty & wellness services marketplace operated by Neosenth India Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ViHi connects clients (“Clients”) with independent beauty and wellness professionals (“Professionals”) for at-home and salon services. Professionals showcase their work through video portfolios (“Takes”) and offer fixed-price service packages that Clients can book at a chosen time slot.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the ViHi mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using ViHi, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account or interact with the platform, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password
- Profile Information: Profile photo, bio and description, services offered, service packages and pricing, and portfolio or external links
- Portfolio & Video Content: Takes (shoppable short videos showcasing a Professional’s work), portfolio images, and other media you upload
- Booking & Address Information: Service addresses, location details, and the bookings you make or accept
- Payment Information: When you book and pay for services or receive payouts through the platform, billing details may be collected and processed through third-party payment providers. Your payment for a booking is held in escrow and released to the Professional only when the service is completed. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
- User Communications: Messages between users, customer support requests, feedback and survey responses
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the ViHi app, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
- Usage Information: Features used, pages or screens viewed, time spent in the app, interaction events
- Log Information: IP address, date and time of access, referring pages or links

Depending on your device and how you use the app, ViHi may request access to certain device features, including:

- Enable discovery of Professionals and their service packages through their video portfolios (Takes)

- Facilitate communication between Clients and Professionals
- Process payments, hold funds in escrow, and release payouts on completion

4. Location & Geolocation Data
ViHi is a location-based marketplace for at-home and salon services. To connect you with the right Professionals, we use location information collected with your permission or derived from the city you select and your device’s network details.
4.1 How We Collect Location
Depending on the permissions you grant, we may collect:
- Precise location: Your device’s GPS-based location, when you allow location access, to pinpoint your service area and address.
- Approximate location: A general location derived from your IP address or the city you select within the app.
- Service addresses: Addresses you save or enter when booking an at-home service.
4.2 How We Use Location
We use location information to:
- Determine whether your area is currently serviceable.
- Find and rank Professionals near you, including the distance to your location and whether you fall within a Professional’s service radius.
- Enable at-home booking and share the service address with the assigned Professional so they can reach you.
- Improve discovery, recommendations, and the overall accuracy of our serviceability map.
4.3 Your Choices
Granting precise location access is optional. You can use the app by selecting a city or entering an address manually, and you can change or revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. If location is unavailable, some features — such as finding nearby Professionals or confirming serviceability — may be limited.
5. Video & Portfolio Content
5.1 Storage and Security
Portfolio videos (Takes) and other media uploaded to ViHi are stored using secure cloud infrastructure and protected with encryption and access control measures.
5.2 Visibility Controls
Professionals may control who can view their portfolio content. Available visibility options may include:
- Public – visible to Clients on the Professional’s storefront and in discovery
- Private – visible only to the Professional
- Unlisted – accessible only via direct link
Content shared publicly may be viewed or shared by other users.
5.3 Content Retention
Video content is stored while your account remains active.
If you delete your account:
- Video content is removed from active systems
- Permanent deletion typically occurs within 30 days
- Users may delete individual videos at any time.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: A Professional’s profile, service packages, and portfolio videos (Takes) are visible to Clients to enable discovery and booking. When a booking is made, relevant details such as the service address and contact information are shared between the Client and the assigned Professional so the service can be delivered.
- Service Providers: We may work with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and customer support services. These partners are only allowed to process information on our behalf.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful government requests, or protect the rights, safety, or integrity of our platform.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, user information may be transferred as part of the business transaction.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Automated Recommendations
ViHi may use automated systems or algorithms to recommend Professionals, service packages, and Takes based on your location, profile information, services, and platform activity.
These systems are designed to assist discovery and do not make legally binding decisions.

- Provide services to users
- Maintain accounts
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
When data is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized.
